Can You Cast a Spell to Stop My Ears Bleeding?

October 25th, 2008 · 4 Comments

For no good reason at all, I just saw the opening credits to the now-defunct TV show Charmed. Why in the name of all that’s good and pure would anyone do that to “How Soon is Now?”—and having done it, why would anyone use it for anything? Nothing that happens in the course of the show can possibly be as terrifying or satanic as that cover.

Pretty bad cover. The t.A.T.u. version is weak as well, but better than the Charmed cover. And t.A.T.u. always makes my pants tight.

I encourage you to find and listen to the REMIX of the t.a.t.u version on the wfmu blog. http://blog.wfmu.org/freeform/2007/10/fuck-everything.html

It seems the REMIX is neither mixed nor mixed again, but slowed down.

Dude, that version is by Love Spit Love, with the lead singer of the Psychedelic Furs as vocals, originally made for the movie, The Craft…what can I say, I like both original and LSL’s versions…haven’t heard tATu’s version.

Oh well, no hipster points for me, so back to Metallica and Skinny Puppy for me.
