I realize that nobody ever took the “fair and balanced” line to be anything but a joke—and a pretty preposterous one at that—but at least Fox used to try to pretend that it was impartial with a straight face. Hypocrisy as the tribute vice pays to virtue, and all that. Well, no longer.
