Clearly you are concerned about the whole FISA debate, and that you believe neither citizens’ interests, nor rights are being protected, but I can’t help but observe that you offer absolutely NOTHING to the discussion as to what an acceptable alternative might be.
Am I expecting too much from you, perhaps?

If you’re expecting it in a blog post, then yes. I’m working on a policy analysis taking up this question for the Cato Institute, but it will take a while to put together.
