Most of the time, I think nothing short of a gun to my temple could induce me to vote Republican this cycle. Then I watch smug, shallow pap like this and find myself considering it.  Briefly.

Oh, how much fun life will be when the SEIU has a filibuster-proof majority…

Man, I couldn’t sit through that 3+ minute clip. It felt like an eternity.

I too am glad the government protects me from corporate poisoned foods.

Saw that video yesterday. After dinner. Nearly puked. I had to stop when it got around to the anti-GM, anti-irradiation hysteria.

    You’re thinking of VOTING? Gracious.

Seems like it would be a pretty good idea–if it could be done well–to do a non-ironic version of one of these for libertarianism. A bunch of people explaining why they’re voting libertarian, set over images of, say, raiding SWAT teams on medical marijuana facilities, victims/beneficiaries of protectionism, corporate welfare queens…

    Huh, wait that wasn’t real?

Ya, that ad was only 80% accurate.

I’m with Greg N. Barr’s campaign should do something like that and rally the rEVOLutionaries. It would be sweet if they had some celebrities mixed in.

That vid was painful to watch. I had to stop at the big classrooms crap. I’m no fan of Republicans, but at least they are the only ones who have attempted meaningful education reform and school choice.

It would be easy to throw some more ham-handed sarcasm back at them:

“I’m voting Democrat because I believe teacher’s unions, not parents, make the best decisions for children’s educations.”
