Given the amount of abuse that’s already been piled on Christina Hoff Summers’ Weekly Standard cover story on “ The Subjection of Islamic Women: And the fecklessness of American feminism.,” I’m sure someone has already done this. But since AEI conveniently lists scholar publications, I figured I’d go check out the many pieces Summers herself had doubtless written on this topic before she decided to use it as a stalking horse to beat up on American feminists for their supposed neglect of the issue. As far as I can tell, none of the 64 articles listed there deal primarily with the issue of women’s rights in the Islamic world.
