Holy smokes!! You know, the way they throw around the phrase “legitimate state interest” you wonder if there is any difference between progressive and conservative ideology anymore, other then ‘what flavor do you prefer?’. However at least they are being intellectually honest about the whole procreation argument against gay marriage by including us childless by choice folks as well.

Anyway, I wonder if it is in their plan of infinite state wisdom to find it in the kindness of the states heart to reimburse us for all of the money we spent on that freakin wedding if we were forced to get an annulment?

Crap, I live in Washington, have been married over 3 years, and don’t have kids….
I KNEW the initiative process was gonna bite me in the ass, I just didn’t know quite how.

In all honesty, I thought this was hilarious. I understand all the mainstream gay rights groups dissociating themselves from this, but I’m glad someone’s calling the question… even if it means a 1/1,000,000 chance that my marriage gets dissolved.
