So my roommate Tim Lee and I are looking for someone to take the newly-vacant third bedroom in our house, conveniently located at the intersection of Hipster and Yuppie in D.C.’s rapidly gentrifying U-Street neighborhood.  Rent’s $720 (before utilities), and I’ll post pictures of the room and the rest of our stylish abode later.  We’ve got an 801.11g WiFi network in the house, with broadband, 1.5 bathrooms, and a small backyard in which we host weekly poker games, if that’s at all appealing.  We’re walking distance (10/15 mins) from the Dupont and Adams Morgan neighborhoods, and a few minutes stroll from 9:30 Club, the Black Cat, and D.C. Nine.
