		<description>Yeah... I mean, I despise Kerry, but it&#039;s pretty obvious that he definitely meant to be insulting Bush&#039;s intelligence (and missed a word) rather than the troops.  Now, there are certainly people who say &quot;well, only dumb kids go into the army anyway&quot; or &quot;the military selects overly much from the uneducated/lower classes&quot; and that&#039;s an argument worth having.  But saying that Kerry, an Ivy League grad and a vet, believes that only stupid, uneducated people join the army is pretty silly.  It&#039;s an obvious mis-statement.

But the people criticizing him have already forgotten the forgettable John Kerry and moved on to attacking the people who might actually believe what he accidentally said.  Which is certainly more politically productive.
