Apparently, the North Korean Rodong missile is now a “weapon of mass destruction.” The article linked by Il Blogdrino as evidence of Saddamn’s WMD program contains this assessment:

What is also interesting about the shopping list, however, is “what’s not on it,” said one investigator. “Nothing nuclear, no dual-use items, nothing about weapons of mass destruction.”
