Censors sans Frontières?

French author Michel Houellebecq is facing jail and a $51,000 civil suit for calling Islam the “stupidest religion.” And a French court ruled back in 2000 that Yahoo! had to block French IPs from accessing auctions of Nazi paraphenalia, even on their American site. They’ve had no success so far in getting American courts to enforce the decision, fortunately. My question is: taken together, do these precedents mean that about 90% of the warbloggers are now fugitives in France?
